Muscle enlargement: Building muscle does not take days or weeks; it takes months and years. Your work-out should consist of both weights and cardio, for at least an hour a day and daily if you have time. Therwise at least 3 to 5 times a week will be good. Don't go for the heaviest weight you can lift right away otherwise you will rip your muscle fiber and not obtain the results you want.
