Back: This is difficult to answer as i don't know what you do such as heavy labor vs. Desk job. Stretching before and after work can be helpful. How you sit at a desk is important as well. Do you have a wallet in you back pocket as this can cause back problems. Heat to the painful area can help. If it persists or worsens you should see your doctor.
