May be habit forming: You should be careful with alprazolam which is a benzodiazepine. There are many possible side effects with this drug and it may be habit forming. I suggest trying to lower your dependence on this drug by focusing on natural remedies for anxiety such as good nutrition, daily exercise and meditation.
