Not advisable: Depends on dosing of each medication, xanax (alprazolam) can be taken up to 3 times a day, you can wait and have another dose of your prescribed xanax (alprazolam), unfortunately it would stay in your system for a day or less, so not advisable to use hydroxyzine in that period
