Slow taper: The best way is to work with your prescribing doctor to plan out a very slow taper off the drug. Stopping abruptly can be very dangerous.

Time and help: It will take time to get off the medication, depending on how long and how much you have been taking. I would recommend going to a treatment center where they are experienced in detoxification from benzos and alcohol for the proper treatment and also to help you with dealing with your anxiety without the aid of benzos.
