Highly Individual!: This is not a function of the molecule. It is a function of what is happening within the individual & life of the person who is ingesting the molecule. Like nearly all Rx agents, Xanax (alprazolam) is a single molecule packaged as a specific amount (e.g. mg), advertised to be taken at a specific amount per unit time (dosage). Any changes in behavior/mode are a function of the person using.
