My doctor gave me tinzanidine for a muscle spasm in my chest and shoulder and xanax as needed for anxiety. i took 2 mg (half pill) of tinzanidine this morning but am now having a panic attack. is it ok to now take xanax since about 6 hours have passe?

You can take it but aware the combined effects of these 2 drugs may may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating. You should not drive or operate machinery when taking this combination. Take care.
