Not soundly: I imagine you mean a restful sleep. There is nothing restful when you have osa.

Sure: Many patients with sleep apnea (sa) get a full nights restorative sleep. Some have CPAP machines, and if you are having any problems with mask fit etc, see your md or CPAP technician for adjustments. For those who cannot tolerate the cpap, consider an oral appliance made by a dentist trained in treating sa. If you have a CPAP try to get at least 4 hours/nt with it on. Good luck!
