Exactly 40 days?: You need to supply a more detailed history of the problem for anyone to think that the two issues are related.

Go to sleep clinic: It seems like your dry mouth ; sleep apnea may be interconnected. If you're having trouble breathing when you are sleeping, chances are you are mouth breathing which is causing the dry mouth. If you get the condition evaluated maybe a CPAP machine will allow you to breath better and stop mouth breathing.
