Not enough info: Is your apnea being managed? If not my suggestion is to see your physician to refer you for a sleep study to determine what type of apnea you have. Secondly, are you losing weight without explanation? This is a concern to address to your physician. If you are having trouble losing weight, addressing the apnea will help. Weight gain is often a bi product unmanaged sleep apnea.

Sleep apnea: Sleep apnea and weight loss are not common bedfellows however, if you know you have sleep apnea have you had a sleep study and treatment suggested? If not that is the next step. Get your dr to order a sleep study because the affects of sleep apnea can be fatal and need to be addressed.
