ONE OF MANY REASONS: People with sleep apnea generally are not well rested and need a nap or fall asleep during the day or can't get out of bed easily in the morning. I would be examed by your internist and have a full blood panel done to rule out diseases such as epstein-barr.

Sleepy?: Do you have daytime sleepiness? If so, possibly. Here are other signs of sleep apnea: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/sleep-apnea/basics/symptoms/con-20020286 If this sounds like you, talk with your MD. You may need a referral to a sleep MD with sleep studies
