OSAS: You have been diagnosed likely with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and the very low oxygen sats are worrisome. Complete evaluation should include review of all of your meds, head ears nose and throat exam (preferably by ENT specialist), thorough lung and heart exam. No second opinion needed if above are complete.

Maybe: If you had a sleep study done at a sleep lab and you were given at least two options for treatment, probably not. If you were only given one option you might get a second opinion for other treatment options.
