Arthroscopy: If you have a meniscal tear and it hasn't
improved after a year it probably won't
you will then need to undergo an arthroscopic procedure to correct the problem.
Then your pain should be improved.
If you already had a procedure, then the
question is how much of your pain is
from arthritis or do you have a new injury.
