Meditteranean Diet: Let us not forget that if you eat a modified meditteranean diet, rich in fruits, vegetables and lean meat, these are all naturally gluten free. If you are talking about snacks, well then the operative word is snack and is most probably high in fat producing carbs. Quinoa is a gluten free grain found in gluten free breads and pastas that is rich in protein.
