A member asked:

Resting bpm is 60, when i do cardio it shoots up to 200. i maintain this easily for 5km or 30minutes. i'm 18, male, bmi 21. should i be concerned?

200 bpm: At that level of exercise the monitor may be somewhat inaccurate. Nevertheless if your heart rates returns to normal within 10 minutes or so and if you tolerate that fast rate and have no other very rapid heart rates during nonexercise time, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
