Yes: Alcoholics usually do not take in adequate amounts of Folic Acid which can lead to megaloblastic anemia. B12 deficiency is less common but possible as well.

Yes: Malnourishment, as can be the case with some alcoholics who have very poor diets, can result in vitamin b-12 deficiencies which contribute to pernicious anemia. Alcohol, bu itself can lead to different forms of blood count abnormalities as well, such as low white blood cell counts and low platelet counts. Also, thiamine deficiencies can cause irreversible brain damage called wermicke- korsakoff.

No: PA is an autoimmune disorder in which the stomach fails to produce "intrinsic factor" resulting in very low Vit. B12. Alcoholism may be associated with various nutritional deficiencies by other mechanisms. Pernicious anemia is a specific condition not related to alcohol.
