No simple answer: Whether Metoclopramide (reglan) will help you depends on the cause of your pain. Metoclopramide is a drug that helps people who have delayed emptying of the stomach (especially diabetics with "gastroparesis"), and other problems with bowel actiivity (including conditions that cause gas pains). But the drug can have side effects, and should only be tried if it is likely to be helpful.
