I have ibs flareups; although i'm mainly over it i see usually #5 on the bristol chart, sometimes with undigested food particles floating around in the bowl. i wake up with gas every morning and urgency and pain. burning sometimes in lower abdomen?

When was your last screening colonoscopy. Continual loose stools aren't a sign of colon cancer in my experience. However, awakening every morning with those uncomfortable symptoms should be reported to your gastroenterologist for evaluation and you should then be able to obtain appropriate treatment and relief.
