Gas pain lower abdominal area for 2-3 days. not common for me. no dietary changes, no other symptoms (normal otherwise). could this be from ibs?

Too : Short a duration of symptoms to establish a diagnosis of IBS. Constipation or eating of certain diet could cause such symptoms
