Facial Specialist: Find a board certified surgeon who specializes in facial aesthetic surgery. Make sure they are experienced and get a consultation. They will offer their opinion and show you before and after pictures of some of their patients.

Facelift: Dear mendozah9, this is a personal decision and you should do your research. Find before and after photos of faces that look similar to yours. Some people have full faces, some have skinny faces and the results depend on these things. See a couple of surgeons and make your decision after that. Both: There are various types of lifts and you should have a consultation done to discuss your options. What is most important is that your particular needs are addressed with the proposed lift options. A "facelift" can be designed to address various areas including the neck, jowl and midface. Midface lifting is most effectively done in a deep plane which provides natural and long lasting results.
