No: Botox is used to prevent muscles from contracting and thus smooth out facial lines, especially in the forehead, between the eyes (to reduce the look from frowning). Eyelid droop can occur if the medication is injected too close to the eyebrow on the forehead. The droop is self limiting but of course is annoying.

Not expected: It sounds like you are describing botox injections to the forehead region in order to eliminate forehead wrinkles (rhytids). An undesirable side effect of this procedure can cause temporary sagging of the eyelids. This is not expected, and certainly not a desired outcome. Botox injections are used to treat different areas and different problems than an actual facelift.
