Few more weeks: A facelift....even a mini is still a big surgery for your face. The inflammatory process kicks in because it looks at the surgery as an injury. Same thing if you twisted your ankle, it may be swollen for a while. The facial bruising typically resolves in 2 weeks but the swelling can persist for 6 weeks. Around the eyes I have seen persistent swelling even longer. Wouldn't worry too much now
