did a mini facelift on the 9th june.still have slight swelling on the eyes and cheeks.how long will it take to go down it is now 19days since surgery.i have no pain?

Few more weeks: A facelift....even a mini is still a big surgery for your face. The inflammatory process kicks in because it looks at the surgery as an injury. Same thing if you twisted your ankle, it may be swollen for a while. The facial bruising typically resolves in 2 weeks but the swelling can persist for 6 weeks. Around the eyes I have seen persistent swelling even longer. Wouldn't worry too much now
