Just get to the gym: Don't think about how much effort exercising will take. Just think about getting to the parking lot. Once you're there you're very unlikely to turn around and go back home. Think about how good you'll feel after your class and about other reasons that you want to be fit. What kinds of things do you do that would be impossible or hard if you weren't fit? Is there anything you like about your class?
