Hi: The fastest way to burn fat is really about exercise. A combination of cardiovascular workout and some weight training. Research has shown that by varying your type of cardio and weight training a patient would have a faster result. But all people are different, so even if you do a certain amount of exercise results will differ from person to person/male and female. Control calorie intake is vip.
