Low Carb: No doubt a low carb diet is the fastest and easiest way to burn fat for fuel. Stop the "bad carbs"-those with a high glycemic index--rice(brown & white), pasta. potatoes, black, red beans & anything with sugar. These foods quickly turn to fat & produce hunger. Quionoa and Couscous are just as bad as are most white breads such as bagels.
