Does listeria antibacterial mouthwash cause dry mouth?

Not sure: If you are referring to listerine, then possibly. Any mouthrinse that contains alcohol can cause dry mouth...Traditional listerine has alcohol. Try switching to listerine zero or any other mouthrinse that is alcohol free.

If It Has Alcohol.: Any mouthwash which contains alcohol has the potential to dry-out oral tissues, especially if used often. This effect can be more pronounced in smokers, and those who already have a predilection for dry mouth as a result of side-effects of medications. Ask yourself what benefit you want/need from a mouthwash, then ask your dentist/hygienist to recommend one which will provide that specifically.
