Recently i had enlarged circumvallate papillae i've taken antibiotic, did mouthwash and took antibacterial tablets and nothing? i have a weird mouth taste and my mouth is dry most of time what'swrong?

Self medication: Self medication is counter-productive and may be dangerous. Enlarged papillae doesn't mean that they are infected (so antibiotic's wrong) or inflamed (so mouthwash's wrong). See professionals, both your Dentist and your Physician. What you think are large papillae may be normal, or may have a physical cause. Weird taste and dry mouth may be due to meds, systemic disease, syndrome. See Pros.
