How do i know if i need to get an appendectomy?

Appendectomy: First of all, your symptoms have to be diagnosed as appendicitis; classic signs and symptoms can indicate the diagnosis by physical examination. When your symptoms are not clear-cut, a ct scan of your abdomen will help make the diagnosis.
