After my appendectomy, i'm experiencing co2 gas pressure pains in my stomach, how do i get rid of the gas so i don't have pains ?

Patience: The co2 gas insufflation that they use for laparoscopic appendectomies needs to be gradually resorbed by the intestines and then passed on afterwards. There is nothing that you can do to speed this up. It should pass with time.

Breathe: The co2 gas from laparoscopy (which i assume you had) normally goes away within 7 - 10 days after surgery. A bit is removed each time you breathe so get up, walk around, eat, and, above all, keep breathing and the gas wi be gone in a few days. The remaining pain is sure to the surgery and the port site placement. If pain continues, see your surgeon for an exam.
