Stay hydrated: Stay at home rest and drink plenty of fluids. You can take anti nausea or antidiarrheal medicines. If pain becomes extreme, visit your local er.

See a doc: What you describe sounds like something that is not normal. I dont want to scare you but you better go be checked by a doctor cause you may need investigations and meds prescribed by a doc.
