What does it mean when you're having very bad menstrual cramps & vomiting

What's your normal : If you always have periods like this you may have endometriosis. If your periods are usually normal then maybe your cramps and vomiting are unrelated problems. Any sort of gastroenterologic infection could cause this symptoms.
