What could be wrong if you have very bad menstrual cramps and vomiting ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lots of possibilitie: It could be caused by too much production of prostaglandins--in which case taking Ibuprofen or Naproxen should help. Birth control pills can often help such symptoms. It could also be a condition called endometriosis, so you should have a gynecologic visit and exam to sort out the causes and treatments. Periods shouldn't have to be so miserable.
