Good day, my baby is 3 days old i would like to know she has been fussy this whole morning wanting to drink but vomiting the milk and a runny tummy i checked her fever is is 37.6, is this maybe cramps? i am breastfeeding

See baby's DR: In newborns, skin or ear temps are typically lower than the actual core temperature which can be measured rectally. Any fever in a newborn is cause for concern and should be evaluated by the Pediatrician through a full exam and possibly labs. Take your baby to the Dr.
