Yes and yes: Unfortunately many women report these findings. Simple anti-inflammatories such as advil, alleve seem to help. Fever is usually associated with ovulation, but this is variable. Make sure you see your primary/gyn and discuss this. Many underlying conditions can exist. Hope this helps.
