Yes and no: You can work out w/o going to the gym. But you are going to have to work out in some way and spend some time doing it. You can run or walk everyday. You can lift wieghts at home. Get some small 5lb weights, or fill up an plastic bottle. You can do push ups and sit ups. Remember to do warm up routines before you run. It is best to consult a personal trainer on all of these details.
