Exfoliate: The best way to improve your skin tone over your whole body would be to use an exfoliating cream. My personal favorite is a cream containing Glycolic acid, but lactic acid works as well. These can be purchased over the counter, online or from your local dermatologist/cosmetic physician's office. Physical exfoliates (loofah, microbeads) can help, but not as well as a chemical exfoliant.
