Yes.: This is reasonably big operation and usually done under general anesthesia.You will have the pain after you wakebuo from anesthesia and will last for 4-6 days gradually subsiding.Your doctor will prescibe enough pain medication to keep you comfotable.

Yes: Every surgery is going have some pain during the recovery period. There is no muscle involved with the surgery so it is usually very well tolerated and most women have some relief after the strain of the weight of their breasts is gone.
