What are reasons why a person can't get breast reconstruction?

Judgement important: Inflammatory breast ca, known distant mets, o2-dep, psychiatrically too unstable, sepsis, uncontrolled diabetes, tobacco use, renal dialysis, kwashiorkor, lack of patient motivation or tolerance of multiple dr visits, doing it for other than oneself, collagen vascular disease, any other severe, uncontrolled wound healing-impairment, can't tolerate anesthesia. Contraindications are mostly relative.
