A member asked:

Why do some people sneeze through their mouths instead of their noses?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pressure: If you sneeze with your mouth closed you put pressure on the sinus cavity which has a thin membrane. So for example, after dental implant surgery while recovering own would be told to sneeze with mouth open until the dental implant solidifies and crown placed on.
