Can a sinus infection be bad enough to infect my mouth and facial bones but i don't cough or sneeze a lot, or have a fever? bloody nose some mornings.

This sounds like something much more than a typical sinus infection. Sounds like you need to see a doctor and possibly get a ct scan of the facial bones and/or sinus.
