Yes: saliva and nasal-sinus mucous do intermingle in the throat and with sneezing ,any accumulated fluid may be extruded

No: The secretions that you express with a sneeze are not saliva. They're nasal mucus, made in the nasal passages and sinuses. When you spit, it's saliva.
