I have just been told by my doctor that i have abnormal cells in a mass on my psoas muscle. what does this mean?

Hard to know?: Without more history, it will be difficult to answer you. I am assuming you have had a ct or MRI or other imaging study and perhaps a needle biopsy. If this is the case, you will have to discuss this frankly and openly with your pcp or with the consultant who ordered the test or performed the test. I would not delay in getting my questions answered. More testing may be needed. Best to you!
