Pulled muscle feeling in right breast? went to doctors and was told there was a mass, what could this be?

Several options.: It could be a pulled muscle, hematoma, fibrocystic mass (fibroadenoma or cyst), or even a tumor. Though breast cancer is rare in a 20yo, it can occur. Have this checked out, even if a biopsy is recommended! don't delay or ignore. Best wishes!
