Shoulder is foceful : Frozen shoulder is also known as adhesive capsulitis is a condition in which the shoulder looses mobility and it could be mild or severe.When coservative treament has fail the surgeon can choose this modality of treament, it can be done with local or general anesthesia or a block, them the shoulder is forceful but careful manipulated in order to break the adhesions formed in the shoulder.

Improve motion.: A manipulation is done under anaesthesia, in an effort to break up scar tissue (adhesions), that are limiting the shoulder range of motion.
