My left arm has pins and needles, burning in my forearm, pain in my shoulder and neck, i have 2 bulging discs in my neck but the pain is severe, already had a spinal manipulation and a facet injection in january but i dont think it worked?

Disc protrusion : This sounds as if it is all related to your discs and that the procedure was ineffective. You need to see a neurosurgeon and get a second opinion. Good Luck
