A member asked:

Is it possible to have an allegy to some dairy foods but not other dairy products?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably not : Dairy allergy is to one of the milk proteins. It would be unusual to allergic to dairy if one form and not the other. However there are circumstances in which patients who are milk allergic may be able to tolerate extensively cooked milk.
