Lactose intolerance?: If you are seeing a corrolation with dairy then you might have lactose intolerance. If you are noticing that there is no issue with wheat products it is less likely to be celiac disease. You can either try eliminating dairy for a few weeks to see if it helps or try taking a lactaid pill with dairy products or try lactaid milk to see if it helps. Lactose Intolerance: While you note you can eat other dairy products without a problem pizza cheeses like mozzarella are fresher cheeses with more lactose present. Try taking some OTC Lactase the next time you eat pizza. If this solves your problem, you have your answer it's lactose intolerance...if not see an allergist for further evaluation.
