A member asked:

Could my lack of dairy and eggs have caused me to develop a slight allergy to these foods?

See Allergist: There is no such thing as a slight allergy. You either are allergic to dairy and eggs and should avoid, or you are not and can eat as you wish. Developing an true allergy to dairy and eggs at 43 years of age would be very unusual. If you need to confirm a true allergy to these foods see an Allergist for further testing and evaluation.
