Yes: Crosstrainers are low impact machines to perform cardiovascular, upper body and lower body exercises. It does not exercise the core muscles. They do not exercise the lower back muscles. If you are going to use a crosstrainer talk to a physical therapist regard exercises to stretch and strengthen the lower back & core muscles.
