Hiya, i want to know what are the best supplements for butt enhancement. i already do 20 hours of gym a week working on abs and glutes etc weight squats, leg press and lunges. i just need a supplement to boost the workouts.

No specific : Supplements that will aid in focal gluteus augmentation. It will really come from a good diet in conjunction with exercise. Even with great habits your genetics may limit certain gains. You may want to work, at least in the short run, with a certified personal trainer to make sure your workouts are optimized for you. Otherwise, there is the less than desirable option of surgical enhancements.

20 hrs of weights/week might lead to overtraining. You should train intense 5 times a week for about 1-1:30 hours and then work on your diet. Your muscles grow on your rest days not in the gym and make sure you rest the muscle for 2 days before training it again. For optimal muscle growth you should have 1-2 gms of protein per lbs of body weight daily. P.S. For bigger glutes: SQUAT LIKE A BEAST
